o ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) for the detection and quantification of biomarkers. 

o PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and DNA extraction for genotyping and molecular diagnostics.

 o Gel electrophoresis for DNA/RNA fragment analysis. 

o Proficient in interpreting Sanger sequencing data using FinchTV software for genetic polymorphism analysis / gene variant identification. 

Clinical Nutrition Practice 

• Over 14 years of professional experience as a Clinical Nutritionist, with extensive practice in: 

o Nutrition assessment and care planning for both inpatients and outpatients. 

o Dietary management of patients with chronic and critical conditions including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and gastrointestinal disorders. 

o Personalized meal planning, implementation of nutrition therapy, monitoring, follow-up evaluation, and continuous plan adjustment. 

o Nutrition counseling for patients and their families, focusing on lifestyle modifications and therapeutic diets.

 o Collaborative care with physicians, nursing staff, and dietetic teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
