Annual Research Day of Anatomy 2016

The Annual Research day of Anatomy was conducted by faculty and as well as MPhil students of Anatomy at the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Khyber Medical University. The aim was to,

  • Encourage students to develop an analytical and critical view of research
  • Impart the importance of research to newly inducted students
  • Enable networking with invited guests from other departments

Advances in Cancer and Hematology Conference Jan 30,31 2016

The ACHC Annual Meeting 2016 will be held on January 30-31, 2016, in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This conference will showcase the latest basic, translational and clinical cancer and hematology research. It will bring together researchers and clinicians to share ideas and develop collaborations. This meeting will highlight the latest and more exciting discoveries in different areas of cancer and haematology research. In addition, it will provide a unique opportunity for researchers and clinicians to meet, interact, and share ideas.

Outcomes

  1. Better educated and trained health care professionals engaged as academician, researchers and field practitioners will revamp the healthcare delivery system and replenish the academia in the medical education set up. The community will be the ultimate beneficiary due to better health facilities.
  2. Trained human resource will successfully execute and streamline the operation of the Institute and will fill the vacuum in the growing healthcare institutes and industry.
