This was the third of a series of workshops scheduled under the umbrella of the Research Forum of Basic medical sciences.

Zotero is  afreely available software used as a reference manager.

Aim:

The objective of the workshop is to provide a hands-on orientation to participants to learn about use of reference manager in writing thesis and manuscripts.

At the end of workshop, participants will be able to,

  • Use Zotero for writing in word

Workshop Schedule

 

After the initial Welcome & Introduction the participants were guided by Dr Syed Hamid Habib and Dr Mohsin Shah on how to download and Install Zotero. Some background and principles were used were explained before the practical use. The session end with a Q & A, feedback, certificates, and lunch.

 

Participant’s: There were a total of 14 participants selected on first come first basis out of 25 applicants. These included MPhil, PhD scholars as well as senior faculty from the university as well as affiliated colleges.
