WORKSHOP ON MOLECULAR LABORATORY TECHNIQUES

A workshop on Molecular Laboratory Techniques for the students of MPhil and PhD at IBMS, KMU was arranged on 6th December 2017. Speakers from Agha Khan University Hospital (AKUH) and IBMS, KMU including Dr. Hamid Qureshi, Dr. Nazish Farooq, Dr. Maryam Zahra and Dr. Sobia Bashir demonstrated different techniques that are commonly used in molecular laboratories so that the participant would have better understanding of which technique they should use in their research work and how they will overcome possible errors in specimen handling and processing in labs.
