Distribution of laptops among the students of Mphil and PhD, IBMS in PM Laptop Scheme Phase IV-V.

I am pleased to apprise your good office that the Competent Authority has granted approval for the distribution of laptops among the students of Mphil and PhD, IBMS in PM Laptop Scheme Phase IV-V.
A list of students students who are selected for award of laptop by HEC in PM Laptop Scheme Phase IV-V is hereby attached.

Therefore, you are requested to inform the students concerned to collect the laptops from the office of undersigned on 15.05.2018 at 0900 hours positively.

The students may please be directed to come up with a copy of CNIC in order to avoid any inconvenience at the time of distribution.
