A two days Annual Research Symposium 2011 organized by Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar will begins from today at Institute of Basic Medical Sciences (IBMS), Sector F-1, Street-9 Near to Shalman Park, Phase-VI  Hayatabad, Peshawar.
 
According to details the KMU Annual Health Research Symposium will be held on Friday-Saturday, Feb 17th - 18th, 2012 at KMUIBMS campus and it is a part of the research capacity development initiative of the university.
  

The Khyber Medical University (KMU) approved affiliation of Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic & Orthotic Sciences (PIPOS), for B.Sc Prosthetic & Orthotic, Hafeez Institute of Medical Sciences, Peshawar for B.Sc Medical Lab Technology (Provisionally for one year), Women Medical & Dental College, Abbotabad for MBBS/BDS, Post Graduate Paramedics Institute, LRH Peshawar for B.Sc in different technologies (conditionally for one year) and Royal College of Nursing, Swat  for B.Sc Nursing  subject to fulfillment of certain deficiencies  within the specified period of time, it was decided
